Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces melon liqueur (Midori is one)
- 1/2 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 1 tablespoon red sugar
Method
- Rim martini glass by dipping in shallow saucer of water & then in saucer of red sugar. (like you would with salt on a Margarita glass).
- Put remaining ingredients, except the maraschino cherry, in a martini shaker filled with ice & shake well.
- Strain into martini glass & and garnish with cherry on rim of glass.
