Ingredients
- 1 c. Coca-Cola
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine Coca-Cola, margarine, oil and cocoa in saucepan; bring to boil.
- Remove from heat and add marshmallows; stir until melted. Set aside.
- Combine flour, sugar and soda in large bowl.
- Stir in liquid ingredients, then add heated cocoa ingredients.
- Bake in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 325° until done.
