Ingredients
- 8 oz. tortellini
- 4 oz. Provolone
- 4 oz. Genoa salami
- 2 oz. pitted black olives, chopped
- 2 oz. chopped pimento
- 1/4 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 6 oz. Seven Seas Herb and Spice salad dressing
- 2 oz. chickpeas
Method
- Cook tortellini in boiling water for ten minutes.
- Drain and cool.
- Add remaining ingredients and marinate for one hour before serving.
