Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 can minced clams (7 1/2 oz.)
- 2 tsp. white wine
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 4 Tbsp. clam juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- garlic powder (optional)
Method
- Melt butter in frying pan.
- Add crackers.
- Drain clams, reserving 4 tablespoons juice.
- Add clams, clam juice, wine and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir to blend ingredients well.
- Stuff clam shells; sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
