Ingredients

  • 4 (7 oz.) cans clams, minced
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 c. flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box crackers

Method

  • In a pot, mix clams (including juice), lemon juice, chopped onions, oregano, parsley, cloves and bread crumbs.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add Mozzarella cheese and pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
