Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. dark karo syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients; blend thoroughly.
- Chop pecans. Stir 1/2 pecans into mixture.
- Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Top with remaining pecans.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
