Ingredients
- 1 qt. commercial eggnog
- 1 c. sherry
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg white
- cinnamon sticks
Method
- Mix eggnog, sherry and powdered cinnamon; beat well.
- Stir in milk and salt; heat gently to below boiling.
- Beat egg white to soft peaks; fold into hot nog.
- Serve with cinnamon sticks for stirring.
- Makes about 16 servings.
