Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 5 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- white powdered sugar (to dust)
- cinnamon (to sprinkle over)
Method
- Mix cake mix, yeast, flour and warm water.
- Let rise until double in size.
- Cut dough in half.
- Roll into rectangle on a floured surface; spread with butter or oleo.
- Sprinkle with white powdered sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll in jelly roll fashion; cut into 2-inch rolls.
- Repeat with second half of dough.
- Place in two greased 9 x 13-inch pans.
- Let rise.
- Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
