Ingredients
- 1/2 c. red cinnamon candy
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. applesauce
Method
- Empty candy into small saucepan with the water.
- Heat over medium heat until candy melts, stirring constantly.
- Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
- Stir in applesauce.
- Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Chill until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve. Makes 6 servings.
