Ingredients
- 1 small honeydew melon
- 185 ml (6 oz) Midori
- 750 ml (24 oz/3 cups) chilled alcoholic apple cider
Method
1. Scoop the melon into small balls with a melon baller and freeze for several hours until solid. Divide the Midori among four small to medium tumblers, then carefully pour in the cider to half-fill the glasses. Top with the frozen melon balls.
