Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup Major Greys mango chutney
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh orange zest
- Pinch of kosher salt
Method
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- Stir in the almonds and cook over medium heat until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Spoon the sauce over the warm squash.
