Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 8 c. water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. spinach noodles (any size, shape)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Boil skinned chicken in water.
- Cool chicken and shred into pieces.
- In the broth combine onion and spices.
- Simmer 15 minutes with chicken pieces.
- Add noodles and cook per directions.
