Ingredients
- 1 (6.9 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor)
- 5 (3 1/2 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 c. frozen peas
- 1/3 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped red or green bell peppers
Method
- Prepare Rice-A-Roni mix as package directs, adding chicken with water and contents of seasoning packet.
- Continue to cook as package directs, adding remaining ingredients during last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Makes 6 servings.
