Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 bundle broccoli
- 1 small red onion
- 1 small box raisins
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
Method
- Cut broccoli in small florets.
- Chop onion and mix raisins in a bowl.
- Brown bacon and let cool.
- Crunch up and add to mixture. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together.
- Pour over broccoli, onion, raisins and bacon.
- Place in the refrigerator a few hours before serving.
