Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup butter (room temp)
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Cream butter thoroughly in medium bowl
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing at low speed, then beat at medium speed for a few seconds.
- Using cookie press make cookies approx 1-1.5 inch in diameter
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Decorate with sprinkles or pieces of glace cherriew
- Bake at 350F for 15-18min.
- Should be slightly brown around edges-watch closely.
- Cool a few min before removing to wire rack
