Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. marshmallows, cut in small pieces
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 2 pkg. cherry jello

Method

  • Prepare lime jello according to package directions.
  • Pour into a 15 x 10 x 2-inch pan or 4 1/2-quart container.
  • Chill until almost set.
  • Dissolve lemon jello in hot water in top of double boiler.
  • Add marshmallows.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add 1 cup pineapple juice and cream cheese.
  • Beat with rotary beater until blended. Stir in 1 cup drained pineapple.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Fold in mayonnaise and whipped cream.
  • Chill until almost set.
  • Prepare cherry jello.
  • Chill until consistency of egg white.
  • Pour over pineapple layer.
  • Chill until firm.
