Ingredients
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 (1 lb.) box coconut macaroons
- 3/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 lb. red and green candied cherries
- sherry to taste
Method
- Soften the ice cream in a large bowl.
- Crush macaroons and stir into ice cream.
- Add remaining items and mix well.
- Place in refrigerator trays and freeze.
