Ingredients
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. soft butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in the order given.
- May use electric mixer or spoon.
- Chill 1 hour, or until firm.
- Roll small amount of dough out at a time on floured board to 1/8-inch thickness.
- Keep remaining dough in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Put on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Makes about 4 dozen.
