Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) jar Old English cheese spread
- 1/4 lb. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
- 6 English muffins, halved
Method
- Cream the cheese, butter, mayonnaise, garlic salt and seasoned salt together.
- Add crabmeat and blend thoroughly.
- Spread mixture on muffin halves.
- Cut in quarters.
- Freeze on cookie sheet.
- When frozen, place in freezer bag and serve when needed. Broil 5 to 8 minutes and serve hot.
