Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork, sliced
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled and sliced (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
- 2 carrots, cut into diagonal slices
- 1 pkg. Chinese peas
- 1 head cabbage, sliced
Method
- Saute pork and shrimp until browned.
- Add garlic and onion. Fold in vegetables (except cabbage) and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add cabbage; cook 5 more minutes.
- Serve.
