Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 12 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 14 cup milk
- 18 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 cups chilled heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Method
- Whisk sugar, cocoa, milk and 1/8 tsp cream of tartar until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
- With an electric mixer, gradually beat cream into chocolate mixture, add 1 tsp cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
