Ingredients

  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate (other chocolate can also be used)
  • water

Method

  • Using parchment or waxed paper draw an outline of 12 x 3 1/2 inch (9 cm) (Christmas) trees.
  • Turn paper over
  • Over top of a double boiler melt the chopped chocolate.
  • Pour melted chocolate into a pastry or plastic bag (or anything that will help you control the melted chocolate)
  • Pipe the melted chocolate within the drawn outlines in a lacy or solid pattern.
  • Refrigerate until firm for approx 30 minute.
  • Use as garnish or treats.
