Ingredients
- 1 sheet ready-made frozen puff pastry
- 1 (8 ounce) package semisweet chocolate
- 12 cup chopped walnuts or 12 cup pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- confectioners' sugar
- chocolate shavings
Method
- Thaw pastry 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- On a floured board, roll pastry sheet to 14 inch square.
- In center of square, place chocolate, nuts and butter.
- Pull pastry edges together, twist and turn.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake 20 minutes.
- Let stand at least 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and shaved chocolate.
