Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell baked
- 1/2 c. cocoa, mixed with hot water to paste-like consistency
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 c. rich milk (Use one large can evaporated milk and finish filling 2 cups with whole milk)
- 1 tub Cool Whip
Method
- In a sauce pan, mix all ingredients.
- Cook over medium heat until very thick.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Let pie cool and top with Cool Whip or whipped egg whites.
