Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 pie shell (unbaked)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Method
- Add melted butter to sugar and cream well.
- Add eggs, one at a time and beat after each.
- Stir in flour, vanilla and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Fill bottom of pie shell with the chocolate chips and cover with filling.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Better served warm.
- Freezes well.
- Serves 8.
