Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can French-fried onions
Method
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
- Layer broccoli and chicken in bottom.
- Combine mayonnaise, soup and lemon juice and pour over chicken and broccoli.
- Top with cheese and onions.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Makes 5 servings.
