Ingredients
- 1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup soymilk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

- Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
