Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 5 packets sugar substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. low-fat chocolate ice milk

Method

  • Combine 1/3 cup skim milk and gelatin in blender container and wait one minute before adding water.
  • Blend until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Add remaining milk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla; blend. Add ice milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon into dessert cups.
  • Chill until set.
  • Contains 70 calories per 4 ounce serving. Yields 8 servings.
