- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 5 packets sugar substitute
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. low-fat chocolate ice milk
Method
- Combine 1/3 cup skim milk and gelatin in blender container and wait one minute before adding water.
- Blend until gelatin is dissolved.
- Add remaining milk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla; blend. Add ice milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into dessert cups.
- Chill until set.
- Contains 70 calories per 4 ounce serving. Yields 8 servings.
