Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 pt. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together as package directs and pour into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together.
- Spoon over the cake batter.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until done.
- Cool slightly.
- Remove from pan to cool completely.
- Store in refrigerator before serving.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
