Ingredients
- 14 cup butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 5 ounces marshmallow creme
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 ounces chopped black walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Bring sugar, butter, evaporated milk to a bubbling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Cook for 10 minutes while stirring, reducing heat to keep from burning.
- Scrape down sides of pot frequently.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla.
- Stir only until marshmallow and chips are all melted and chocolate is consistant color.
- Pour into 8x8 buttered, foiled pan and cool before cutting.
