Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped and cooked 10 minutes
- 1 medium pan cornbread
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
- 3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Mix 1 stick butter in crumbled cornbread.
- Mix cabbage and cornbread (reserve enough cornbread to put on top of casserole) and place in a large casserole dish.
- Mix cheese sauce ingredients (all other ingredients) on top of stove until thickened.
- Pour over cabbage/cornbread mixture.
- Sprinkle reserved cornbread on top.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly and browned on top.
