Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust, browned & cooled
  • 1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 sm. carton whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. walnuts or possibly pecans
  • 1 sm. Hershey candy bar

Method

  • 9 inch pie pan.
  • After you have the pie crust ready, begin by making instant pudding as directed on package with 2 c. of lowfat milk.
  • Pour half of pudding on the crust, spread proportionately.
  • Set in refrigerator.
  • Take carton whipping cream, whip till it peaks.
  • Add in 1/2 c. granulated sugar.
  • Cream cheese and 1/2 c. powdered sugar, beat till creamy.
  • Add in it to whipping cream, blend, then add in walnuts or possibly pecans.
  • Pour half of this mix on top of chocolate pudding in the pie crust.
  • Then take the other half of chocolate pudding and pour on top of whipping cream and cream cheese mix.
  • Now put the rest of the mix on top.
  • Grate Hershey candy bar and sprinkle on top.
  • Serves 6.
