Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. egg substitute
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1/2 c. whipped topping
- nutmeg for garnish
Method
- With electric mixer, blend egg yolks and sugar until thick. Add next 5 ingredients; blend well.
- Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Chill 24 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator.
- Pour into mugs; garnish with topping and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Serves 6.
