Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 6 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 box powdered sugar
Method
- Combine butter (melt), buttermilk and cocoa.
- Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Add confectioners sugar.
- Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
- Spread on top of cake.
- May need to add 1 additional cup of powdered sugar to make icing more thick texture.
