Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections in light syrup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can fruit cocktail in heavy syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. flaked coconut

Method

  • About 10 minutes before serving, slice banana.
  • Drain mandarin orange sections and pineapple chunks.
  • In medium bowl, mix banana, mandarin oranges, pineapple and fruit cocktail with its juice. Spoon fruit into 3 dessert bowls; sprinkle with coconut.
  • Makes 3 servings.
