Ingredients
- 30 Ritz crackers
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 4 to 6 Heath candy bars
- 1 small Cool Whip
Method
- Crush crackers and add sugar.
- Add melted margarine.
- Mix well and press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Chill until firm.
- Mix pudding and milk.
- Add ice cream and beat until well mixed.
- Pour over cracker crust.
- Freeze until frozen.
- Spread Cool Whip on chocolate mixture.
- Chop Heath bars and sprinkle on Cool Whip.
- Keep frozen until 20 minutes before serving.
