Ingredients

  • 30 Ritz crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 4 to 6 Heath candy bars
  • 1 small Cool Whip

Method

  • Crush crackers and add sugar.
  • Add melted margarine.
  • Mix well and press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Chill until firm.
  • Mix pudding and milk.
  • Add ice cream and beat until well mixed.
  • Pour over cracker crust.
  • Freeze until frozen.
  • Spread Cool Whip on chocolate mixture.
  • Chop Heath bars and sprinkle on Cool Whip.
  • Keep frozen until 20 minutes before serving.
