Ingredients
- 4 c. cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned
Method
- Drain bean sprouts; soak in cold water.
- Put small amount of oil in 4-quart pan.
- Cook cabbage, onions and celery until slightly brown.
- Add hamburger and other ingredients.
- Drain water from bean sprouts; add sprouts to pan.
- Cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
- May add soy sauce, if you like.
