Ingredients
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- few drops almond extract
Method
- Melt chocolate and butter in 2-quart bowl 2 minutes on high. Add sugar, salt and milk to melted mixture.
- Stir.
- Cook 3 minutes on high until mixture comes to
- a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from stove.
- Stir extracts into sauce.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
