Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 2/3 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
- Cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring constantly.
- Pour into a fondue pot and keep warm.
- Serve with fresh strawberries.
- Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
