Ingredients
- Your favorite recipe for peanut butter cookies
- 6 (1 ounce.) squares of semi sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- 1 tbsp. light corn syrup
Method
- Make cookies according to recipe directions.
- Let cold.
- Heat chocolate and shortening on top of double boiler.
- Stir in corn syrup.
- Mix till smooth.
- Dip each cookie halfway into the chocolate mix.
- Place in single layer on a cookie sheet.
- Freeze till chocolate hardens.
- Place in airtight container.
- Store in the freezer till ready to use.
