Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, undrained
- 1 pt. raspberry sherbet
- 2 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
Method
- Prepare gelatin in boiling water.
- Allow to cool before adding pineapple and sherbet.
- Fold in ice cream.
- Place in an 8 x 8-inch glass cake dish.
- Allow to set before serving.
