Ingredients
- 5 ounces milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 10 ounces marshmallows
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut toasted
- sprinkles
Method
- Combine chocolate, cream and butter in a heat-resistant bowl. Place bowl over saucepan of simmering water (do not allow water to touch base of bowl). Let stand until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally.
- Insert a pop stick into each marshmallow.
- To serve, dip marshmallows in chocolate mixture then roll in sprinkles or toasted coconut.
