Ingredients

  • 5 ounces milk chocolate
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 10 ounces marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut toasted
  • sprinkles

Method

  • Combine chocolate, cream and butter in a heat-resistant bowl. Place bowl over saucepan of simmering water (do not allow water to touch base of bowl). Let stand until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally.
  • Insert a pop stick into each marshmallow.
  • To serve, dip marshmallows in chocolate mixture then roll in sprinkles or toasted coconut.
