Ingredients
- 3 small or 2 large boxes chocolate instant pudding
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 5 c. milk
Method
- First Layer:
- Combine the flour, sugar, butter, butter flavoring and 1/4 to 1/2 cup pecan pieces.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Cool crust.
