Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10 ounces baby carrots scrubbed
- 7 ounces green beans trimmed
- 5 ounces baby corn
- 4 ounces snow peas trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
Method
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok on medium heat. Add the carrots; stir-fry for 5 mins.
- Increase the heat to high. Add the green beans, baby corn, snow peas and garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins until just tender. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
