Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large tub Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 2 small instant puddings
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Cut butter into flour; stir in 1/2 cup pecans.
- Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
- Combine cheese and sugar and fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Spread over crust and chill.
- Combine pudding mix and milk.
- Beat 2 minutes on low speed.
- Spread over crust.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and pecans.
- Refrigerate.
