Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 small instant puddings
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese

Method

  • Cut butter into flour; stir in 1/2 cup pecans.
  • Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
  • Combine cheese and sugar and fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
  • Spread over crust and chill.
  • Combine pudding mix and milk.
  • Beat 2 minutes on low speed.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip and pecans.
  • Refrigerate.
