Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pie shell (unbaked)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans or whole
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Put eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, syrup and softened butter in blender. Mix well. Remove from blender and stir in nuts with a spoon. Pour in pie shell and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Can be frozen.
