Ingredients

  • 1 small can of Vienna sausage
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup cheese
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 3 slice bread
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 non-stick spray
  • 1 tbsp Heinz Ketchup, optional
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp margarine

Method

  • Spray and heat skillet
  • Slice the sausage into medallions
  • Brown the sausage a little
  • Crack eggs slice the cheese
  • Remove sausage scramble eggs add spices to eggs
  • Pour eggs into skillet and cook
  • Add sausage to eggs when done slice the cheese thin strips add on top
  • Take water pour next to eggs and cover this will steam and melt cheese
  • Fry the bread with lite margarine speard on both sides of bread
  • After toasted , fried spread mayonnaise add eggs on top of a slice of bread add a slice on top of slice the rest of the eggs top it with third slice
  • Cut in half enjoy
