Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 2-1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Method
- Melt chocolate (in the microwave, double boiler, or however you prefer); cool slightly. Blend in cream cheese and milk. Add sugar slowly. Stir in vanilla. Frosts 2 8" layers.
