Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. sifted flour
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 box miniature Reese's peanut butter cups (10 oz.)

Method

  • Cream butter,
  • peanut
  • butter
  • and both kinds of sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Sift together flour, soda and salt. Blend into
  • creamed
  • mixture
  • to make dough.
  • Preheat oven to 375°. Shape
  • dough
  • into 1-inch balls and place in ungreased small muffin
  • tins.
  • Bake
  • for
  • to 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and press
  • peanut
  • butter cup into center of each cookie until the top
  • of
  • the peanut butter cup
  • shows.
  • Remove from pans when cooled.
