Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 box miniature Reese's peanut butter cups (10 oz.)
Method
- Cream butter,
- peanut
- butter
- and both kinds of sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Sift together flour, soda and salt. Blend into
- creamed
- mixture
- to make dough.
- Preheat oven to 375°. Shape
- dough
- into 1-inch balls and place in ungreased small muffin
- tins.
- Bake
- for
- to 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and press
- peanut
- butter cup into center of each cookie until the top
- of
- the peanut butter cup
- shows.
- Remove from pans when cooled.
