Ingredients
- 4 c. boned chicken, cut into bite-size pcs
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
Method
- Combine chicken with soup and about 1 1/2 soup cans of lowfat milk.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
- Prepare cornbread according to directions on box.
- Spread cornbread mix on top of chicken mix.
- Bake at 425 degrees till brown, 20-25 min.
